Light Up Edu-Leadership aims to support leaders in education to thrive, build well-being, and create flourishing school communities. They offer attentive listening, research-based coaching techniques, and focus on strengths and values to help leaders lead authentically and with confidence. The goal is to help leaders balance meaningful work with stress, prioritize intentions, and foster positive relationships. Support is available through one-to-one coaching, group coaching, team facilitation, and team training.
