Liam Isaac

Isaac is a passionate advocate for the power of play in learning. As an instructional designer, he works closely with clients to co-create bespoke learning experiences that leverage innovative and playful tools like LEGO Serious Play.

Drawing on his extensive experience as both an educator and an expert in design thinking, Isaac designs custom learning programs tailored to the specific needs of his clients.

In addition to his role as an instructional designer, Isaac is also an experienced facilitator. With 15 years of teaching experience at some of the world's most prestigious schools, Isaac has had the opportunity to learn from some of the best facilitators of learning. He now uses these skills to help groups gain clarity, insight, and supercharge their collective capacity for creativity.

Aside from his professional pursuits, Isaac is also a devoted family man. He has two amazing kids who regularly engage him in playful activities, from crafting cardboard robot hands to role-playing pirates and even attempting to flip pancakes (with varying degrees of success).
